This year we are excited to announce our very first line of corrosive resistant conveyor systems. This particular conveyor was custom designed for a pool-chemical manufacturer where it successfully ran its first production season. It was made out of 100% chemical resistant plastic, stainless steel screws and bolts as well as specially coated metal where necessary.

The following images give an idea of how the conveyor system was set up: First and second pictures are the fully self-contained bottle and crate scrubber. The scrubber is followed by a bottle and crate drying area which has a sealed bottom that collects the water and returns it to the scrubber. The drying area leads into the fully self-contained 18 head rotary filler which then leads to the fully enclosed crate packer. Our corrosive conveyor lines can be customized to fit your material handling needs. This particular conveyor was built to withstand 13.6% Sodium Hypochlorite and 31.45% hydrogen chloride.
